Financial Highlights include the following:
Net income increased to $1,669,591, compared to a loss of $392,832 for the prior year, Income from operations was $1,787,613, a 164% increase compared to operating income of $678,035 generated in the prior year, EBITDA increased to $3,224,723, compared to $1,355,099 for fiscal 2024 (a 138% increase), Revenue decreased by 0.6% to $19,518,077, Gross profit increased by 0.9% to $6,063,780, ·Gross margin increased to 31.1% compared to 30.6% in the prior year, Cash flow generated from operating activities was $5,099,865 compared to $2,572,048 in the prior year, and, The Company’s cash balance increased to $5,428,513 compared to $1,685,806 in the prior year.
The last year saw the Company continue its focus on controlling costs which resulted in strong cash flow and net income relative to the year prior. Annual revenues have been flat for the last two years.
The Company intends to release its Q1 financial results early, on or before September 11, 2025. With the close proximity of the annual results release today and the impending release of Q1 results, the Company will schedule an earnings call covering both the annual results and the Q1 results. This ratio is calculated by dividing gross profit for a period by the corresponding revenue for the period. There is no directly comparable IFRS measure.
