Earl Jenson is a professional engineer who has worked in the applied research and development field for nearly 20 years focused on providing product and process solutions for industrial and government clients.  Earl currently leads a team at InnoTech Alberta Inc., an independent, but provincial government owned applied R&D corporation in Alberta.  Mr. Jenson’s team is focused on biological and thermo-chemical processes that are used to develop products, enhance industrial processes and/or add value to residual materials. 

Mr. Dave Richardson is a prolific inventor with over 20 patents to his name developed over the last 2 decades.  In addition, Mr. Richardson is actively involved in a number of ventures developing, building and monetizing cutting edge technology in the green space, with a focus on building a better planet.  He has contributed his time to worthy causes including 20 years on the board of Ducks Unlimited Canada and as a director of World Wildlife Fund Canada. Mr. Richardson is a co-founder of the StigmaFreeZone.com.
